Veggie Noodles

For pasta dishes, I always use Jovial Organic Rice Pastas and they have fettuccine style and noodles as well. They have been safe for my son and the texture is very similar to wheat pasta. The taste of this spaghetti can be a bit bland, but it’s the beautiful colors that bring it alive.


  • ¼ cup of broccoli
  • ¼ cup of shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup of shredded green cabbage
  • ½ cup of cooked Jovial Organic Rice Spaghetti pasta
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Pinch or turmeric
  • ½ tsp of oil


  • Saute all veggies in oil until wilted
  • Add a pinch of turmeric
  • Add cooked spaghetti and cook a bit more
  • Add salt or ketchup or other spices as desired
