Rice tortillas – rotli (Eczema Friendly)

Now, making rice tortillas is so simple for you. Just need a few minutes to make healthier tortillas at your home.


Rice flour – 1 cup
water – 1 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp (to taste)
Oil – 2 tbsp


  • Heat the water in pot until boiling
  • Add oil
  • Add rice flour to hot water and mix with spoon until forms dough ball
  • Let it cool until warm
  • Knead the dough
  • Take a handful of dough and roll it with rolling pin
  • Bake in griddle flipping sides to the desired look and taste
