The recipe is easy to make, eczema-friendly and can do wonders with your child’s health. Try this delicious recipe.
For Patties:
- 1/2 Cup saute Kale in Rice Bran oil (or olive oil)
- 1/2 Cup cooked brown rice
- 1 Grated carrot
- Pinch of salt
- Anything else you would like to add for flavor.

Instructions:
- Grind Kale, Carrots in a blender
- Add Brown Rice and grind again
- Make sure mixture is well formed together
- Make the mixture into 1 inch balls
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil on griddle or pan
- Flatten balls into patties as desired
- Pan fry these patties on low heat until brown, flipping each side

For Sauce:
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Carrots
- Pinch of salt
- 3 Tablespoons of rice bran oil (or any other oil)
- 1/4 cup water
- Boil cauliflower and carrots in a pot of water until tender (add vinegar to get rid of smell)
- Drain and rinse once tender
- Add all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until creamy
